Employment support services expand in Montilla and Elda

Employment orientation services have resumed in Montilla through the Andalucía Orienta program. Managed by the Lucaro Foundation, the initiative provides unemployed individuals with assistance in curriculum preparation, interview coaching, access to training, and digital tool usage. Services are hosted at the ‘Alcalde Antonio Carpio’ Cultural Center and are available weekdays from 8:00 to 15:30.

In Elda, the Institute for the Development of Elda and Administrative Services (Idelsa) has released a new practical guide titled ‘Job Interview and Basic Labor Aspects.’ Co-financed by the Alicante Provincial Council, the guide aims to help job seekers navigate selection processes and understand fundamental labor issues. The resource is available in both digital format via the Idelsa website and in print at their physical offices.
