Employment training programs launched in Argentina and Spain

Various organizations in Argentina and Spain are launching free training programs to assist individuals in entering or re-entering the labor market.

In Córdoba, Argentina, Cáritas Córdoba has opened registration for a free employability course. The program, held at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, is designed for adults seeking employment or career changes. The eight-session curriculum covers self-knowledge, connection with the productive sector, socio-emotional skills, and digital literacy. Through a partnership with Universidad Siglo XXI, participants will also receive training in digital tools and entrepreneurship.

In Spain, the Atalayas shopping center, in collaboration with Adecco, is hosting a free workshop on October 15. The session aims to provide professional advice on resume writing, personal branding, and interview techniques. To connect training with local demand, the workshop will also present active job offers from Adecco. The event will be available both in person and via streaming.
