Emporio Armani unveils final collection by Silvana Armani and Leo Dell’Orco
Silvana Armani and Leo Dell’Orco have presented the latest Emporio Armani collection at the Armani Teatro in Milan. The collection focuses on the theme of time and its effect on physical matter, utilizing salt as a decorative element and a means to alter fabric surfaces, such as velvet and seersucker.
The designs feature a fluid wardrobe that blends masculine and feminine styles, utilizing materials like linen, silk, viscose, and jersey. This collection marks a transitional period for the fashion house, as it is the final one designed by Armani and Dell’Orco before Dario Vitale takes over the creative direction. Vitale is noted as the first designer outside of the Armani family to lead the brand's creative efforts.
