Emporio La Rosa celebrates 25 years of artisanal ice cream in Chile

Emporio La Rosa, which began as a small shop in the Lastarria neighborhood of Santiago, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The brand has expanded to 38 locations across Chilean cities including Concepción, Viña del Mar, Antofagasta, and La Serena.

Over its history, the company has developed more than 100 flavors, many inspired by local Chilean ingredients such as Miel de Ulmo, Leche Asada, and Chocolate Araucano. While ice cream remains the core product, the business has evolved to include coffee, breakfast, lunch, and pastry services to adapt to changing consumer habits. The company currently employs more than 230 people and sells over three million scoops of ice cream annually.
