Empresa Portuaria San Antonio launches bidding for Puerto Exterior works

Empresa Portuaria San Antonio (EPSA) has launched the bidding process for the initial enabling works of the Puerto Exterior project. This phase includes detailed engineering and the construction of north and south connection roads.

To fund these works, EPSA is utilizing an initial US$50 million provided by the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF). The sale of bidding bases is scheduled to run from October 13 to November 12. The project is described as a strategic initiative intended to secure logistical capacity and competitiveness for Chilean foreign trade in the central macro-zone.
