Emraan Hashmi tests positive for H1N1 swine flu
Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi has tested positive for H1N1, commonly known as swine flu. The actor had been feeling unwell for several days following recent work-related travel, including a trip to Ranchi.
Due to his illness, Hashmi has postponed an upcoming performance in Bangalore. In an Instagram story, he informed fans that the event is not cancelled but has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 12, at Sunburn Union. He noted that tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid for the new date.
The health setback comes amid the commercial success of his recent film, ‘Awarapan 2’, which has reportedly crossed the 200 crore mark at the box office. Doctors have advised the actor to rest and take necessary precautions during his recovery.
