Emraan Hashmi's Awarapan 2 Teaser Revives 'Tera Mera Rishta' Song

The makers of the Bollywood sequel Awarapan 2 released a new motion poster and a sneak‑peek of the song “Tera Mera Rishta Puraana.” The poster shows Emraan Hashmi as Shivam Pandit drenched in rain, and the track is sung by newcomer Subodhh Sharma. Lyricist Sayeed Quadri, who wrote the original version, has returned, while composer Mithoon provides the music.

The film, slated for theatrical release on 14 August 2026, follows the 2007 hit Awarapan. Earlier, the first song “Yeh Awarapan” was released, sung by Arijit Singh. Fans have reacted positively to the nostalgic teaser and anticipate the sequel’s full soundtrack.
