Emro Real Estate converts Amstel Next to 142 rental homes

Emro Real Estate and the Municipality of Amsterdam have reached an agreement to convert the Amstel Next project in Bullewijk from a fully permitted office plan into a residential development. The new plan features 142 rental homes.

Winemar van den Steenhoven, director of acquisitions at Emro, stated that the decision follows an assessment of whether the office market could support the original plan. The shift to residential use aims to adapt to current market conditions.
