Emro secures first European client for AI-based supply chain software

Emro, an AI-based supply chain management software company, has secured its first European client by supplying its SRM SaaS solution, ‘Caidentia’, to a major European energy solutions firm. The contract was facilitated through Samsung SDS’s overseas subsidiaries.

The project focuses on implementing a ‘Design-to-Source’ procurement process, which integrates new product development with quality planning, management, and sourcing. A key feature of the solution is its AI-driven automated comparison and analysis of Bills of Materials (BOM). This allows the client to track changes during the development phase and manage factors affecting cost and quality.

This expansion follows Emro’s successful entry into the North American market, where it has already secured three clients. The company plans to leverage this new European reference to expand its sales efforts toward the automotive and technology sectors in the region.
