Emvimesa to unify cleaning services for Melilla public parking lots

The public company Emvimesa is preparing to unify the cleaning, hygiene, and conservation services for its five public parking lots in Melilla under a single contract. The initiative aims to replace three existing independent contracts with one unified process to ensure homogeneous organization, shared mechanical resources, and a single control system.

The project involves approximately 473,000 euros over a 36-month period. The services will cover the Isla Talleres, Plaza de las Cuatro Culturas, Cruz Roja, Mercado Central, and Mercadona parking facilities, which collectively span 33,233 square meters. The new service is expected to begin on February 1, 2027, following the expiration of current agreements.
