Enav announces IT specialist recruitment in Rome
Enav, the Italian air traffic assistance agency, has launched a recruitment drive for IT specialists (TOC specialists) to work at its Rome Ciampino location. The positions will be held through Techno Sky, a subsidiary of the Enav Group responsible for the maintenance and management of flight assistance technological systems.
Notably, the selection process allows candidates with a high school diploma to apply. The role involves managing and assisting physical nodes and virtualized environments for flight control, administering Linux operating systems, and configuring databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Selected candidates will receive permanent contracts with annual salaries ranging between 42,000 and 49,000 euros, depending on experience. Benefits include meal vouchers, supplementary healthcare coverage, and participation in a supplementary pension fund. This hiring initiative is part of Enav’s broader 2025–2029 Industrial Plan, which aims to integrate 400 new resources by 2030 to support technological innovation and digitalization in air traffic management.
