ENBHIGA Perú Íconos 2026 to host Amazon-to-coast culinary route

The ENBHIGA Perú Íconos 2026 event will feature a culinary and cultural route spanning from the Peruvian Amazon to the coast between August 31 and September 6. The program aims to highlight noble products from the jungle and coastal regions through the participation of national and international chefs from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Spain.

The itinerary begins in Tarapoto, San Martín, with Amazonian cocktail demonstrations and live gastronomic interventions. The delegation will then travel to Sauce Laguna Azul for activities at Hotel Bella Terra and the restaurant La Patarashca.

In Lamas, the route focuses on agro-industrial sustainability, including visits to the Aceite Real Organic plant and the Naranjal Native Community. The tour also includes experiences with Pepitas de Cacao and traditional artisanal spirits in Tabaloso.
