ENBHIGA Perú ÍCONOS 2026 is set to take place from August 31 to September 6, serving as an international platform to showcase Peru’s gastronomic, cultural, and touristic diversity. The event will feature several key locations across the country.

Tarapoto will represent the Amazonian region, focusing on ancestral flavors, cacao, coffee, and botanical knowledge. Lima will act as a gastronomic hub for professional training and cultural fusion, while Pucusana will highlight coastal marine culture. Additionally, Pisco and Paracas will showcase the intersection of marine products and the national distilled spirit, pisco.
