Encar hosts family day and forest restoration activity

Automobile trading platform Encar held a ‘Family Invitation Day’ at its new headquarters to introduce the workspace to employees' families. Approximately 60 family members participated in the event, which included office tours and the creation of honorary employee IDs.

Following the office visit, participants moved to Noeul Park in Mapo-gu to engage in forest restoration activities. Working alongside participants from Able-We, a social enterprise that creates jobs for people with disabilities, Encar employees and their families planted acorns and saplings to help restore the soil.

Additionally, Encar donated proceeds from a voluntary internal auction held during the office relocation to the Gangseo First Job Support Center, which assists in the employment of individuals with developmental disabilities. The company also continues to collaborate with the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities to facilitate direct hiring.
