End of Abyss receives update 1.012 to fix technical bugs

Section 9 Interactive has released update 1.012 for its recently launched action-adventure game, End of Abyss. The patch, published by Epic Games, addresses several technical issues across PS5, Xbox Series, and PC platforms.

Key fixes include resolving a freeze that occurred when the character Cel used the Defibrillator mod while taking damage, and correcting an issue where dying between destroying energy nodes would prevent doors from opening. The update also addresses map progression errors, such as missing rooms and doors resetting after a game restart.

As part of the game's launch through the Epic Games Store, players are also eligible to receive a Cel outfit in Fortnite.
