End Of The Road festival celebrates 20th anniversary in Dorset

The End Of The Road festival celebrated its 20th anniversary this weekend near Blandford Forum in Dorset, attracting a sell-out crowd of approximately 15,000 attendees. The four-day event featured over 140 acts across five stages, showcasing a diverse range of indie-rock, folk, and alternative music.

Headline performances included Britpop group Pulp and Irish indie-pop singer CMAT. During their sets, Pulp performed a selection of deep cuts and B-sides, while CMAT announced she will not be touring the UK for the next two years. Other notable performers included Geese, Mac DeMarco, Super Furry Animals, and Kurt Vile And The Violators.

In addition to music, the festival hosted a Talking Heads arena featuring comedians such as Fern Brady and Adam Buxton. The event, which began in 2006, was held on Cranborne Chase, a protected National Landscape.
