Endeavor Brasil hosts Day1 event in São Paulo after seven-year hiatus

Endeavor Brasil held the 10th edition of its Day1 event at Sala São Paulo, reuniting over 1,000 attendees in person and broadcasting the session live across Brazil. The event, themed ‘The Extraordinary Begins With Ambition’, marks the return of the program after a seven-year pause.

Maria Teresa Fornea, CEO of Endeavor Brasil, noted that while the organization's initial goal in 2011 was to prove entrepreneurship was a viable career, the current focus has shifted toward helping entrepreneurs achieve scale and global impact. The organization also plans to introduce a traveling model to bring the event to universities and local hubs.

Featured speakers included Sérgio Lopes and Edgar Diniz, founders of LiveMode, who discussed their transition from finance to the sports media market, including the creation of CazéTV. Additionally, Carolina Matsuse and Yuri Gricheno, founders of Insider, shared their experiences managing business reinvention and significant revenue losses during the pandemic.
