Ender Yılmaz outlines industrial solutions for Istanbul Chamber of Industry

Ender Yılmaz, a candidate for the presidency of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO), has outlined a roadmap focused on a participatory and solution-oriented approach to address industrial challenges.

Yılmaz emphasized the urgent need to resolve issues regarding access to financing and rising costs. His proposed solutions include expanding commercial receivables insurance, reducing factoring costs, and developing alternative financing models through specialized working groups within the İSO.

To boost competitiveness, Yılmaz highlighted the necessity of increasing Turkey’s production in medium-high and high-technology sectors. He also stressed the importance of market diversification, aiming to strengthen cooperation with the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) and collaborate with the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) to introduce opportunities in Africa and Southeast Asia to local industrialists.
