Enel and Octopus roll out fixed‑price electricity and gas plans in Italy

Enel launched the “Mese Light Luce” tariff, giving customers a free first month of electricity and locking the price for the next two years regardless of market swings. The offer also includes a 20 % discount for customers who combine it with a direct‑debit gas supply.

Octopus Energy introduced the “Fissa 12M” plan, which freezes the wholesale price of electricity at €0.1364 per kWh and gas at €0.54 per Smc for twelve months. The package adds a monthly service fee of €6 for electricity and €7 for gas, with no long‑term commitment required.
