Enel Mobile launches new mobile service for Enel Energia customers

Enel Energia has launched Enel Mobile, a mobile virtual network operator service reserved for existing Enel electricity and gas customers. The service offers 150 GB of 5G data per month, unlimited minutes, and 200 SMS, utilizing the Fastweb and Vodafone networks.

An official mobile application is now available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The app allows users to monitor data consumption, check credit balances, manage renewals, and handle top-ups. It also provides the functionality to activate new SIM cards remotely.

While Enel's official website and contractual documentation explicitly mention the availability of eSIM options—which would be delivered via email—the service is currently not available for request. Customers must first subscribe to qualifying energy plans to receive a personal invitation code via email to begin the mobile service activation process.
