Enem exam preparation: essay structuring and anxiety management
Students preparing for the Enem exam are receiving guidance on both academic structure and mental health management.
To assist with the essay component, educator Erika Leal has released instructional content detailing how to organize arguments and structure texts into introduction, development, and conclusion. The guidance suggests using pillars such as society, the State, and the media to contextualize themes and problematize discussions during the introduction phase.
Regarding psychological preparation, experts note that anxiety is a common response to the high pressure of large-scale entrance exams. Maria Clotildes Gonzaga, a pedagogical coordinator at Maple Bear Brasília, explains that students often feel the need to condense years of learning into a single day, which can lead to concentration difficulties and sleep disturbances. Experts advise students to focus on their own progress rather than comparing themselves to peers to mitigate insecurity.
