Students preparing for the National High School Exam (Enem) in Brazil have access to various resources to aid their studies. The Ministry of Education (MEC) offers free digital tools, including the MEC Enem app, which features study tracks, full mock exams, automated essay correction, and an AI-powered virtual assistant for personalized study plans. Additionally, the MEC Livros platform provides a digital library with approximately 25,000 national and international titles.

To succeed in the essay portion of the exam, experts suggest that candidates look beyond standard language rules and focus on current social issues. Ademar Celedônio, director of education at Arco Educação, notes that the exam evaluates critical thinking regarding structural Brazilian issues, such as the protection of children and adolescents in digital environments, the guarantee of rights, and the visibility of marginalized groups.
