ENERANDO and BfW Bank partner on charging infrastructure financing

ENERANDO Technologies GmbH and BfW – Bank für Wohnungswirtschaft AG have entered into a cooperation to support charging infrastructure projects for homeowners' associations (WEGs).

The partnership integrates technical planning and implementation with specialized financing options. ENERANDO provides comprehensive services, including needs assessment, technical and economic planning, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance or billing. Through this collaboration, ENERANDO customers can access credit offers from BfW specifically tailored to the requirements of homeowners' associations.

According to Matthias Schmid, Managing Director of ENERANDO Technologies, the cooperation aims to align technical solutions with cost planning and decision-making processes, providing a reliable basis for project scope and investment costs.
