Energa-Operator and PAIH partner to attract investments via renewable energy

Energa-Operator and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at attracting new investments to northern Poland by leveraging renewable energy resources.

Northern Poland possesses significant renewable energy potential, with Energa-Operator managing over 11 GW of renewable capacity—nearly one-third of Poland's total. In certain areas, energy production can exceed local demand by up to seven times, creating favorable conditions for energy-intensive industries such as data centers and modern manufacturing plants.

The partnership focuses on the mutual promotion of investment projects, knowledge exchange, and expert support for entrepreneurs regarding energy distribution. The collaboration also includes coordinating services for investors and sharing data on available connection capacities and investment sites to enhance the region's competitive advantage.
