Energa Trefl Sopot signs American forward Trey Anderson

Energa Trefl Sopot has announced the signing of American forward Trey Anderson for the 2026/2027 season. The 201-centimeter player joins the Polish club from the Greek team Lavrio.

Coach Krzysztof Roszyk described Anderson as a versatile athlete who can play both power forward and center, noting his ability to score in various ways and his team-first mentality. During his previous season in Greece, Anderson averaged 14.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.

Anderson is the third foreign player signed by the Sopot-based club for the upcoming campaign, following Tobias Rotegard and Jaeden Zackery. The team has also reinforced its roster with players such as Michał Michalak and Kacper Marchewka, while Jakub Schenk is expected to remain a domestic leader.
