pferdewetten. de AG reports H1 2026 revenue growth and EBITDA turnaround

pferdewetten. de AG has reported a significant financial turnaround in its first half of 2026. The company's revenue increased by 25.4%, rising from 27.9 million euros to 35.0 million euros compared to the same period last year.

Most notably, the company achieved an EBITDA turnaround, moving from a loss of 196,000 euros in H1 2025 to a profit of approximately 3.029 million euros in H1 2026. CEO Christian Gruber attributed these results to the company's strategic realignment and the initial successes of its cost-reduction program.

The horse betting segment remained a stable driver of revenue, with a 28% increase in betting volume and a 76% rise in Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR). The sports betting segment also saw strong growth, particularly in the online channel, which experienced a 51% revenue increase. The company has confirmed its full-year forecast, expecting annual revenue between 70 and 80 million euros and an EBITDA of 5 to 10 million euros.
