In Cuba, the Office for the Rational Use of Energy (Onure) in Sancti Spíritus is highlighting economic incentives for the installation of renewable energy sources. Amidst a national energy crisis, the government has implemented customs, financial, and tax benefits for individuals and legal entities that adopt clean energy. Specialists note that many economic actors remain unaware of these legislative incentives, which include tax exemptions for importing or installing renewable energy systems to support the national energy matrix transition.
