Devon Energy executive vice president Ritenour sold company shares valued at approximately $3.27 million, according to a recent SEC filing.

Duke Energy chief executive officer Louis Renjel sold 3,500 Duke Energy shares on May 11 at an average price of $125.15, generating a total transaction of $438,025. The sale reduced his direct ownership by about 14.05%, leaving him with 21,415 shares worth roughly $2.68 million. Both transactions were disclosed in filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
