Energy Fitness to auction Maipú gym equipment

The liquidation process for the defunct gym chain Energy Fitness continues with a scheduled online auction of equipment from its Maipú branch. The auction, organized by Remates del Río, is set for Thursday, October 22, at 11:00 AM.

This follows the abrupt closure of the chain in June 2026 due to a financial crisis, an event that occurred shortly after the CyberDay sales period. The closure left many members with unpaid memberships and impacted numerous employees. This upcoming sale follows a previous auction on October 8, which included over 2,500 pieces of equipment from various locations, including Vitacura, Morandé, and Talca.
