Energy Impact Partners deepens Nordic partnership with Nysnø Climate Investments

Energy Impact Partners (EIP), a global investment firm managing more than $5 billion in assets, announced an expanded commitment to the Nordic clean‑tech ecosystem. The move deepens its strategic partnership with Norway‑based Nysnø Climate Investments, which is an investor in EIP’s $1.36 billion flagship fund. EIP added Oslo‑based Vice President Johann Bleivik Wist to its European team to source and invest in early‑stage and growth‑stage energy startups across the Nordic region. The firms aim to connect Nordic founders with EIP’s worldwide venture‑capital, private‑equity and credit networks. “Norway is one of the most sophisticated and forward‑looking energy markets in the world,” said Matthias Dill, CEO & Managing Partner, Europe at EIP. Lars Hvam of Nysnø added that the partnership will give Nordic innovators greater access to global capital and expertise.
