EnergyTime Spike Devils Campobasso prepare for tournament after Piacenza friendly

The EnergyTime Spike Devils Campobasso volleyball team recently completed a friendly match against Superlega side Gas Sales Bluenergy in Piacenza. Although Campobasso lost the match 4-0, the performance provided positive indicators for the team. The squad remained competitive throughout the sets, notably pushing the third set to a tie-break finish (31-29).

Coach Giuseppe Bua noted that the match helped the team find rhythm and continuity against high-speed opponents, highlighting strong offensive contributions from players Valchinov and Suraci. While service remains an area for improvement, the team expressed confidence following the outing.

Campobasso is now preparing for the ‘Città di Isernia’ triangular tournament held at the PalaFraraccio. This event serves as a precursor to the Serie A3 Credem Banca season and will feature matches against Sabaudia and Sorrento. The tournament format involves three sets, with points awarded for each set won.
