ENERPARC AG placed under preliminary insolvency administration

The Hamburg District Court has ordered the preliminary administration of ENERPARC AG following an insolvency filing. Attorney Stefan Denkhaus has been appointed as the preliminary insolvency administrator to oversee the company's assets and ensure security measures are in place to protect creditors.
