Enflen Technology lists on STAR Market with significant stock surge

Enflen Technology, a prominent Chinese AI chip designer, officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market on September 11. The company, recognized as one of the 'Four Little Dragons' of domestic GPUs, saw its stock price surge significantly on its debut, with intraday gains exceeding 200% and a market capitalization reaching as high as 185.9 billion yuan.

Enflen Technology specializes in cloud-based AI chips using a proprietary DSA architecture. Since its founding in 2018, the company has developed four generations of architecture and five distinct cloud AI chips. The company plans to use its approximately 6.12 billion yuan in raised funds to support the research and industrialization of its fifth and sixth-generation AI chip series, as well as advanced AI hardware and software innovation projects.

A key aspect of Enflen's business model is its deep strategic partnership with Tencent, which serves as both a major shareholder (holding 17.95%) and a primary customer. The company utilizes an 'AVAP' model with Tencent, where product pricing and delivery are closely coordinated. Projections indicate that revenue from Tencent and this specific model could reach 830 million yuan by 2025, accounting for a significant portion of the company's total revenue.
