Enforcement actions taken against traffic and environmental violations

In Suriname, the Krin Kondre Enforcement Team and the Economic Control Service (ECD) conducted inspections targeting vehicle removal and public space compliance. Two mechanic companies received fines for failing to comply with previous warnings regarding the removal of vehicles and car wrecks. In one instance, vehicles blocking sidewalks at a car rental company on Mr. Eduard J. Brumastraat were removed to ensure pedestrian access, following a request from the Minister of Justice and Security.

In Belgium, the Ghent police conducted targeted traffic controls to combat antisocial driving behavior and noise pollution. During these operations, authorities immediately revoked eight driver's licenses and judicially seized four vehicles. The enforcement actions targeted drivers involved in racing and those causing significant noise disturbances with modified exhausts.
