Engelbert Humperdinck credits underwater workouts for fitness at 90

British singer Engelbert Humperdinck, known as the ‘King of Romance,’ credits an unconventional underwater workout routine for maintaining his fitness at age 90. During an appearance on ‘The Jim Masters Show,’ the singer explained that he performs martial arts moves and walks in a pool to stay fit for his audience.

Despite his age, Humperdinck remains active in the music industry. He has concert dates scheduled through 2027 and is set to release a new album, ‘Faithfully,’ on August 28, which features covers of songs by artists such as Journey, Aerosmith, and KISS.

His career has seen a resurgence in popularity among younger audiences following the use of his 1968 track ‘A Man Without Love’ in the Marvel Studios series ‘Moon Knight.’
