Engi Kasabie’s intensive health regimen and four‑day Egyptian wedding

Engi Kasabie, a Bulgarian‑Lebanese dietitian, follows a strict daily protocol of multiple dietary supplements, vitamins and peptides, drinks three litres of water and eliminates sugar to slow ageing. She creates personalised wellness programmes for clients and has treated high‑profile figures such as Lionel Messi and Sylvester Stallone.

Kasabie’s personal life includes the loss of twins and a miscarriage, followed by the birth of her son Rayan with former model Rabih El Zain. After a period of post‑natal depression, the couple held a four‑day wedding in Egypt attended by about 400 guests. Born in Beirut during the civil war, she moved to Bulgaria at age two, founded the country’s first health‑food company in 2006 and has become a well‑known media personality in the Arab and Bulgarian wellness scenes.
