Engineering earns second consecutive EcoVadis Platinum ESG medal

Engineering has received the EcoVadis Platinum medal for the second consecutive year, achieving an ESG rating score of 90 out of 100. This result places the company within the top 1% of 175,000 companies globally evaluated by the agency.

The company reported significant improvements across four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. According to its 2025 Sustainability Report, Engineering reduced its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 46% compared to 2022. Additionally, energy consumption decreased by 7% from the previous year, with nearly 100% of electricity used in Italian offices sourced from renewables.

Socially, the company noted a reduction in the gender pay gap in Italy to -1.12% and reported that women now hold 20.8% of leadership positions. Governance measures have been strengthened through the creation of a Compliance & Data Protection function and the adoption of an AI Governance strategy aligned with the European AI Act.
