Engineering Group completes sale of Alfahealth to Accenture

Engineering Group has finalized the sale of its entire share capital in Alfahealth, a company specializing in the digital transformation of the Italian healthcare sector, to Accenture. The transaction follows the fulfillment of all agreement conditions and the receipt of necessary authorizations from competent authorities, including Antitrust and Golden Power regulators.

The cash proceeds from the sale will be used to strengthen Engineering’s capital structure and will be primarily allocated toward reducing the Group’s overall debt. This move is part of a broader strategic transformation aimed at consolidating the company’s position in high-growth technological segments, specifically focusing on digital solutions, proprietary software platforms, and Artificial Intelligence.
