England cricketers Dani Gibson and Georgia Davis sign new domestic deals

England international cricketers Dani Gibson and Georgia Davis have secured new contracts with their respective domestic clubs.

Dani Gibson has signed a two-year extension with Somerset, committing to the club until at least the end of the 2028 season. The 25-year-old all-rounder, who has represented England 41 times, recently became the most expensive player in The Women’s Hundred when joining Sunrisers Leeds.

Georgia Davis has joined Glamorgan County Cricket Club on a three-year deal ahead of the 2027 season. The 27-year-old off-break bowler, who previously captained Warwickshire, made her England debut in 2024 and has extensive experience in franchise cricket, including appearances in The Hundred for Trent Rockets and Welsh Fire.
