Engomi: Four-year-old boy dies after falling from sixth floor

A four-year-old boy has died after falling from the sixth floor of an apartment building in Engomi, Nicosia. The incident occurred on the afternoon of Saturday, September 12.

According to reports, the child fell from a balcony that was enclosed with windows. At the time of the accident, the child's parents and his 18-month-old sibling were present in the home. Emergency services transported the boy to the trauma unit at Nicosia General Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries despite medical efforts.

Police are currently on the scene conducting an investigation to determine the exact circumstances that led to the fall.
