Engrotuš minced meat recalled in Slovenia due to Salmonella

The Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary and Plant has issued a preventive recall for fresh mixed minced meat produced by Engrotuš. The recall follows the detection of Salmonella during official inspections.

The affected product was sold at the Tuš Planet Celje hypermarket, with a production date of September 29, 2026. Authorities advise consumers not to consume the meat, even if it has been frozen, and instead recommend discarding it or returning it to the retailer.
