Eni hosts 2026 Supply Chain Awards in Rome
Eni held the 2026 Supply Chain Awards ceremony in Rome to recognize companies within its value chain that demonstrated excellence in performance, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement. The event was held in conjunction with Maker Faire Rome 2026, for which Eni serves as a main partner.
During the ceremony, Marica Calabrese, Eni’s Head of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality, emphasized that excellence is defined by daily commitment to the safety of workers, colleagues, and the environment.
The presentation also highlighted the results of the ‘Energia di Filiera’ program. This initiative was designed to support the competitiveness and transformation of suppliers—primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)—as they navigate energy transition, digitalization, and the development of new industrial chains. The program initially involved approximately 200 supplier companies, later focusing on about 100 entities through tutoring, self-assessment, and specialized training in sustainability and innovation.
