Eni reports positive results for Energia di Filiera program

Eni has announced positive results from its ‘Energia di Filiera’ initiative, a program designed to support the growth and competitiveness of companies impacted by the energy giant's transformation. The program involved approximately one hundred businesses, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in Puglia and Sicily.

During the presentation of the results at Maker Faire Rome 2026, Claudia Almadori, Eni's Head of Procurement, explained that the initiative utilized a three-phase approach: assessing company strengths and improvement areas, defining development plans, and implementing those plans through training, networking, and concrete project work. About ninety Eni tutors from the procurement department assisted the participating firms in identifying technical gaps and developing strategic plans.

The program aims to foster industrial innovation while prioritizing workplace safety, the reduction of technological risks, and improved asset reliability. Moving forward, the initiative has highlighted the need for technical skill acquisition and accelerated innovation as key priorities for future collaboration.
