Enna Calcio ownership transfer to Filippo Garofalo delayed

The transfer of ownership for Enna Calcio from Giancarlo Travagin to a group led by Filippo Garofalo has been delayed due to a last-minute bureaucratic obstacle. While an agreement was previously signed, the final signing of the minutes and the subsequent payment have been postponed to Friday.

Outgoing president Giancarlo Travagin stated that a member of the proposed board of directors was found to be incompatible with other current roles, preventing the completion of the assembly minutes. Travagin denied rumors that he attempted to increase the sale price, asserting that he intends to finalize the sale immediately once the incompatible member is replaced.

Upon completion, Filippo Garofalo will take over as president. The new management structure is expected to include Antonio Cammarata as sporting director and the retention of coach Mister Cimino to maintain technical continuity.
