Enna Calcio to resume play amid ongoing club crisis

Enna Calcio is set to return to the pitch for its upcoming match against Avola in Niscemi, following a recent strike. Despite the resumption of training and scheduled play, the club faces significant organizational and economic instability.

Domenico Panico, a technical consultant for the club, has emphasized that the crisis extends beyond financial issues to include a lack of adequate training facilities and organizational structure. Panico stated that while he is working to find a new owner to take over the club, no concrete proposals have been received yet due to the complex debt and corporate situation.

Efforts to stabilize the club involve discussions with the local municipal administration and President Travagin. While there has been mention of potential technical support from Pietro Lo Monaco of PLM, this does not currently constitute an acquisition of the club. Panico also defended the efforts of young sporting director Antonio Cammarata, noting his multi-faceted role in managing the team's daily needs during this period of uncertainty.
