ENOSA conducts training for educators and community leaders in Piura

The electrical company ENOSA has implemented training programs for various community sectors in the Piura region of Peru.

In Catacaos, ENOSA provided guidance to teachers at the Heroica Villa Special Basic Education Center (CEBE). The training focused on emotional management to maintain calm during natural emergencies and electrical risk prevention during the rainy season. Specific safety measures included avoiding flooded areas with potential electrical hazards and staying away from fallen cables or damaged utility poles.

Additionally, ENOSA held leadership workshops for school directors, sub-directors, representatives from the UGEL Piura, neighborhood leaders, and social organizations. These sessions aimed to strengthen interpersonal communication, empathy, and team management skills to improve community organization and educational management.
