Enpam to implement pension revaluations in November

Enpam will implement a pension revaluation in November, including arrears accumulated since the beginning of 2026. The adjustment applies to members of the general social security fund (Quota A and Quota B) and the fund for accredited medicine, including general practitioners, pediatricians, and specialists.

The revaluation is based on the Istat inflation index of 1.4% projected for 2026. However, Enpam applies different percentages depending on the annual pension amount. For portions of the pension up to 8,186.20 euros per year, a 1.05% revaluation (75% of inflation) is applied. For amounts exceeding this threshold, the increase is 0.70% (50% of the reference index). The total annual gross increase can reach approximately 390 euros.
