Enphase Energy posts Q2 2026 revenue rise as Bank of Nova Scotia trims stake
Enphase Energy Inc. reported second‑quarter 2026 revenue of $291.9 million, up from $282.9 million in the prior quarter, driven by higher battery shipments and progress on solid‑state transformer technology. GAAP net income was $36.1 million ($0.27 per diluted share) and non‑GAAP net income $61.5 million ($0.46 per diluted share). U.S. revenue fell about 3%, while European revenue grew roughly 35%. The company shipped 1.59 million IQ® Microinverters (≈725 MW DC) and 113.8 MWh of IQ® Batteries, launched the IQ9S‑3P™ commercial microinverter and the IQ9N™ residential microinverter, and advanced its IQ® Solid‑State Transformer toward a multi‑gigawatt pipeline.
Bank of Nova Scotia reduced its Enphase position in the first quarter, selling 754,163 shares and ending with 19,690 shares valued at about $745,000, a 97.5% decline. Other investors also adjusted holdings: Maryland State Retirement & Pension System increased to 26,375 shares worth $845,000, Rakuten Securities lifted its stake to 1,629 shares, and Saturna Capital Corp raised its position to 10,957 shares valued at $414,000.
