Enrico Balliana wins silver at Italian Time Trial Championships

Enrico Balliana secured second place at the Italian Time Trial Championships held in Piasco, Cuneo. The performance earned Team ECOTEK Zero24 its first-ever medal in a national time trial event.

Balliana, born in 2008, completed the 19.7-kilometer course finishing just 26 seconds behind winner Pezzo Rosola. This achievement follows a highly successful 2026 season for the rider, which includes an Italian road race title in Sora and a gold medal in the European Team Mixed Relay.

Other notable results for Balliana this year include victories in time trials at San Paolo d’Argon and various road races in Calvagese della Riviera, Imola, Castiglione delle Stiviere, Cantù, and Vigonza. Team ECOTEK Zero24 also saw participation from Mattia Mazzoleni, who finished 23rd in the Piasco event.
