Enrique Galindo ranks third among Mexico's best mayors

Enrique Galindo Ceballos, the Municipal President of San Luis Potosí, has ranked third nationally among mayors in terms of approval ratings. According to the August 2026 México Elige survey, Galindo achieved a 65.2% approval rating.

His administration has focused on infrastructure and security initiatives, including the start of construction for the Salvador Nava-Jacobo Payán bridge and the México Imparable Community Center in the La Pila delegation. Additionally, the administration has engaged with over 850 Citizen Security Committees to strengthen community-based safety strategies.
